Tracy Tormey brings over seventeen years of experience to her position as EMAK’s Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel. As a partner in the law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP specializing in corporate and securities law as well as mergers & acquisitions, Tracy grew tired of being removed from the action and longed to find an in-house position at a corporation where she could more actively provide clients with her business consulting savvy.  Thus, in 2002, when EMAK called looking for a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Tracy jumped at the opportunity. 

At EMAK, Tracy took her business knowledge to the test, and quickly moved up the ranks (from SVP to EVP to CAO), acquiring new job titles that held more and more responsibility.  Currently, Tracy is responsible for all of the centralized corporate departments, including business affairs, human resources, information technology, internal audit, investor relations and office administration that we depend upon today.

Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Davis and a JD (Cum Laude) from Pepperdine University School of Law.
